You can use your gold coins at Checkout to redeem discounts! Make sure that you are logged in and ready to check out or you will not be shown the option to redeem your coins.  Go to the Checkout page to see the slider which will automatically populat

I already have an account - Do I automatically get 25 gold coins?

You should have received gold coins when you created your account.  If you don't see that you can email us at [email protected] and we'll help get it squared away for you.

Can I get gold coins retroactively for purchases?

We launched our loyalty program June 11th, 2019 and are unable to retroactively provide gold coins for anything purchased before this time.

Can I get coins for my purchases at Target or other retailers?

Unfortunately no, we can only track and honor gold coins from our web site.

Can I use my gold coins and a discount at the same time?

You cannot combine gold coins and discount codes in the same order.  You have to use one or the other at checkout.

I was referred by a friend, why can’t I use their referral link?

Our referral program only applies to new customers. If you have purchased with us before you do not qualify for the offer and can't use a friend's referral link.

I referred a friend but I don’t see my reward. What do I do?

Your friend has to purchase before you receive your $10 reward. If your friend is not eligible or it's not their first time purchasing neither of you will receive the $10.

I have enough gold coins! Why can't I redeem my gold coins?

First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out.  If after signing in, the slider is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and the slider to redeem you

How do I know what tier I am in?

Once logged in to our Rewards Page, you can check your tier status as well as all of the benefits associated with that tier.

What do the tiers mean?

The Thieves Guild is separated into three tiers – The New Kid, The Muscle, and The Mastermind. Tier status is based on your calendar year gold coins accrued (January 1st to December 31st).  Each tier has different rewards associated with it.  Once yo

Earn gold coins each time you spend on Pair of Thieves! Gold coins will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding all shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your gold coins to appear on your Accoun

How do I check my gold coin balance?

Do my gold coins expire?
