Like many companies, and consumers like you, Pair of Thieves is navigating the uncertainty and challenges of new tariffs. We're lucky to have a dedicated team as well as supportive retail and global production partners all working hard to figure out the best possible outcome for you, our customer.
As the costs of our goods rise, it is possible that our prices will need to rise to keep pace and deliver on our brand promise. If, when, and how much prices rise is still to be determined. Facing uncertainty in every direction, we are dedicated to finding balanced solutions that keep our small, US-based company and our distributed team focused on you, the customer.
What we do know, is that we will not cut corners, lessen, or compromise the quality of the product we offer you. For now, most of our prices have not changed. However, both the availability and pricing of certain styles may be impacted by the challenges of this operational environment.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes — our team moves fast to get your goodies on the way!

Don’t panic — it happens! Sometimes tracking updates show a package as delivered a little before it actually arrives.
If it’s been less than a day, give it a little more time.
If it’s been over 24 hours, we recommend contacting your local carrier — your package might be waiting for you at the post office or delivery hub.

If you received the wrong product, wrong size, or a blemished item, don’t worry — we’ll make it right!

If you purchased a Pair of Thieves item from another retailer, you’ll need to return it directly to them. All returns are subject to the specific return policies of the store where you made your purchase.
Product & Sizing
For the longest life and best performance, hand wash and air dry your items whenever possible.
But hey — we get it, life’s busy! If you’re in a rush:
Machine wash on warm using the delicate cycle with like colors.
Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed.
Tumble dry low (but air drying is still the gentlest option!).
Avoid bleaching and ironing altogether.
When opening a brand-new item, use scissors to cut the plastic tab on the label — don’t rip it off (and definitely don’t use your teeth, silly)!
Ripping can damage your product before you even get to enjoy them.

Our men’s socks come in two sizes:
OS (One Size): Fits US men’s shoe sizes 6–12
KS (King Size): Fits US men’s shoe sizes 12–16
If you don’t see a size option listed on a product page, that sock is available only in OS (6–12).

Your tier status is based on the number of gold coins you earn during the calendar year (January 1st to December 31st).

A few key things to know:
Tier status resets at the start of every new calendar year.
Gold coins stay in your account unless you redeem them or they expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Gift cards are delivered via email and can be shared however you like: forward it, print it, skywrite it, send smoke signals — it's your gifting adventure!
All your recipient needs is the gift card code provided after purchase. Easy-to-follow redemption instructions will be shared at checkout.
What gift card amounts are available?
Our digital gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50, and $100 amounts.
Need more than $100? No problem — just purchase additional cards!
At checkout, simply enter your gift card code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" section and click Apply. Your balance will be updated automatically!
- If your gift card is linked to your customer account, you can easily check the balance using the link provided in your gift card email.
If you don’t have an account, no problem! Just reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected], and they’ll send you your balance information.
Gift cards work just like cash, so it’s important to keep your code safe.
But don’t worry — if you lose it, we can help! While we don’t have direct visibility of your gift card number, if you provide the name or email address of the purchaser, we can resend the original gift card email.

You can forward the gift card email to the recipient or simply share the link from the email you received. Either way, they'll be able to use it with no problem!
No, gift cards cannot be reloaded since they are digital.
If you’d like to add more funds, you’ll just need to purchase a new digital gift card.
If you return an item that was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the same gift card.
Shop Pay
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the flexibility to pay now or pay later.
Choosing to pay in installments lets you split your purchase into 4 equal, biweekly payments — all with 0% interest, no hidden fees, no late fees, and no impact on your credit score.
In some cases, your first payment will be due at checkout; otherwise, it will be due two weeks after your purchase.
Nope — there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
You can use both debit cards and credit cards to pay in installments with Shop Pay.
If we process a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it may not lower your next payment. Instead, you’ll likely have fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your remaining balance, the difference will be refunded directly to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
