Answers to all of our frequently asked questions!

Allow 3- 4 business days of processing time from our warehouse. (Please factor in additional days for weekends, holidays and large sales)
Once processed, please allow 4 – 7 business days for shipping. Shipping will be via USPS, UPS or FedEx, but delays from the courier can happen.
We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Be sure to verify shipping address is up to date and accurate before placing order.

How long will it take to get my order?

We are unable to cancel or make any modifications to your order after it is placed. The order goes immediately to our warehouse for processing.

Once the package is delivered to you, please email us at goodies@pairofthieves.com to begin a return for a refund or an exchange.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You must first be logged into your Pair of Thieves account. Then, check under order details for the slider and it should appear and allow you to apply the coins to your cart. 

Friendly reminder, coins cannot be combined with any other new offers, promotions or sales items. If any of those are in the active cart, the slider will not appear.

Here are some more helpful tips on your coins:
Once you enter into a tier, you get to keep that tier status for 12 months.
During that 12 months if you earn enough coins to keep you in your current level you get to keep your tier status for another 12 months.
If you don’t earn enough coins to keep you in your current level, at the end of 12 months you will be dropped down to your new level based on how many points you earned over the last 12 months.
Your coins always roll over from year to year (except when they've already expired).
Upon placing an order, coins will expire in exactly one year of your ordered date.

How do I use my coins?

Negative, ghost rider. Any item purchased at a retailer should be returned to that retailer and is subject to their specific return policy. 

If you have already made efforts to return a damaged or defective product to the store, contact us at goodies@pairofthieves.com and we will try our best to make things right.

Can you help with items purchased at a retailer?

You need to contact our Customer Service team first and we’ll create a return shipping label for you if the item needs to be sent back to us.  Email us at goodies@pairofthieves.com 

Please keep in mind that all purchases made during our Black Friday promotion, Cyber Monday and all Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, and can not be canceled.

How do I make a return?
