First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out.
If after signing in, the slider is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and the slider to redeem your items will be under your cart on the "Customer Information" page. Please allow a few moments to load.
