All purchases made during our Winter Sale promotional window are Final Sale and the items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Furthermore, all items purchased during this promotional window with the Winter Sale promotion applied are excluded from our No Regrets Guarantee policy.

Orders must be placed during promotional window. We are not able to price match any orders made outside of the Winter Sale promotional window.

Due to holiday demand and order volume, orders from the Winter Sale will NOT arrive before 12/24/2023. 

Once processed and tracking details are sent via email, please allow 4–7 business days for shipping. Shipping will be via USPS, UPS or FedEx, but delays from the courier can happen during the holiday season.

We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Be sure to verify shipping address is up to date and accurate before placing order.

Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to intercept it to make any changes or cancel the order.
