  • Don’t panic! Sometimes tracking numbers update before a package is truly delivered. If more than a day has passed since your package was marked as delivered, please call up your local carrier to see if the package is there waiting for you.
  • If after 3 business days the package does not arrive or cannot be found, please send an email to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist with a refund or a replacement for your order.
